** Family Scouting **

In October 2017, Boy Scouts of America (BSA) announced the acceptance of girls into the program. This historic decision comes after years of receiving request from families, girls and input for leaders and members. The BSA program leaders at Queen of Angels would like to accept girls, but we want to get feedback from the community. Please take the 2 minute survey below to let us know of your interest. Pack Spring Family Campout 2012

When & Where? The Pack 3894 Spring Family Camp out will be held at Seward Bluffs Forest Preserve from Friday, May 18, through Sunday, May 20, 2012. Seward Bluffs Forest Preserve is located at 16999 Comly Road, Seward, IL 61077 (65 miles from Chicago).

All Scouting families (siblings included) are encouraged to come out for this fun camping adventure, and if you know any families who are considering joining the Pack next year, invite them as well. We hope everyone will come out for the entire weekend, but there are pricing options for 1 night / day trip,  or 2 night only.

 Activities will include hiking, sports, campfires,  and specific achievement-oriented activities coordinated by each den leader. Here are the event details: Read more »

2012 Pack Closing Campfire – Farewell to Huskies

Pack 3894 will start a new tradition this year which we hope will raise awareness among the local community , and our scouting district . The purpose is to have a unique large campfire in an urban area at the same time to bid farewell to our Cub Scouts bridging over to Boy Scouts. On Friday May 4th @ 6:30pm at 2232 W Lawrence , Pack 3894 is excited to present our Closing Season Pack Night / Campfire to recognize some our boys who have reached Cub Scouting’s highest honor and to bid farewell to the Huskies Den .
