2025 Cub Scout Summer Camps
Summer Camp: Are you ready to make new friends, conquer challenges, explore, have fun outdoors and meet other Scouts, then a Scout Summer camp is the place to be. This year Pathway To Adventure Council has several great options with Day Camps (in & around Chicago) to overnight camps at Camp Beta and Owasippe (OSR). Activities include archery, BB gun, boating, swimming, campfires, camping, fellowship and more! Please see below for more information and links to signup.
Cub Scout Day camps are another fun ways to connect with Scouting and Scouts over the summer. Day Camps are open to Scouts, Siblings or Friends. The camps are 1 day each.
Cost: $35 per child, adults are FREE.

Camp Betz located Lake Chapin, along the St. Joseph River in Berrien Springs, Michigan. This 57 acre property has been serving the Scouting community since1922. Summer camps are Friday night thru Sunday morning. Betz will have five sessions this year. Below are the highlighted sessions we recommend for Pack 3894 (choose one), but note Betz DOES sell out quickly. [Book early]

Kids 0-4 and under are FREE

Owasippe Scout Reservation (OSR): Founded in 1911, OSR is the oldest continually running Scout Camp in the USA. Located in Twin Lake, Michigan, it has some 4,800-arces of land preserved for Scouting across three different camps. Traditionally a WEBELOS and older Scout summer camp, but starting in 2022 all Cub Scout ranks are welcomed. Below is the highlighted session we recommend AOL Scout to attend for Pack 3894:

Session 1: July 27 – 30 (Cub Scout ranks)
Session 2: July 30 – Aug 2 (AOL Camp)** (Recommended for AOL’s in Pack 3894)
Cost:
Scouts $200 (before 6/15) or $215 (after 6/15);
